Budding Thoughts: Renewing African's Interpretation Paradigms thru the 21st Century

This article in French is in progress. It tackles the issue of Social Progress in Africa a continent of astonishing paradox: A Potentially Very Rich Continent however the Incredibly Poorest Continent in the World!! The English version will be completed soon. I am translating the entire manuscript paragraph per paragraph. So, any critical thinking is very welcome.

This is an imperfect composition and translation since some edits need to be brought up before the final version is completed. Click here to see a PowerPoint Presentation I have done to a Conference held @ University of San Francisco (USF) at the occasion of commemorating the 50th anniversary of independence of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
