From its inception in 1871 until today, Rouen Business School - the second BS to be created in France - has had a clear mission: To train business leaders or directors of overseas agencies, consular agents capable of representing France in a suitable manner in its international trade relations. Since my return from the U.S. in July 2010, I have been til now in charge of teaching two courses and two seminars in this prestigious college.

Professor Georges Goma-Gakissa received his Ph.D. in Sociology, Demography, and Social Policies from the University of Paris 5 - René Descartes - Sorbonne (France) in 2002.  He has taught 15 different courses in three departments (Sociology & Social Services, Social Work, and Modern Languages and Literatures) at Cal State East Bay from September 2006 to March 2010.  Click here to see the official report established by the College of Letters, Arts, and Social Sciences (CLASS). Prior to his coming to the United States, he taught sociology and gerontology classes at several universities and vocational schools in Paris for fifteen years.
